Pat, if you read this, i'm just curious about what kind of supplements you use. Do you use any anti e's after using a product like 1ad?

I used 1ad once already, great results, but I do have to admit I am a little worried about getting the so called "estrogen rebound" after taking products like this. Is there really a rebound?

I was taking 3 a day, I didn't put on much weight, but I did get great pumps and my strength was great. The only sideI noticed was it broke my forearms out a little, but it went away. I only took 2 bottles, then I decided to give it a break, plus I wanted to learn more about the "rebound" thing if it was true or not. I just don't want to get titties, if you know what i mean.

I believe Patrick shared his ideas with Duchaine and HE was the one that ran with it. Patrick never released a chrysin product. Knowing how pat works, we would not release a product until he is quite sure that it worked.
