what do you guys think about following a ketogenic diet after the cycle, after the liver carb up days?

dont do that eve i tried that and it suked (the keto diet)..stick to the post dnp diet that MR X has outlined...u need the carbs to restore...t3 levels....or else whenever u do another dnp diet your t3 levels will be low and u wont losse jack. this happened to me.
