feels like the best I can do is maintain my strength whenever I party hard on the weekends. Monday's workout it just blowing out the cobwebs and it's a fight just trying to get all the nutrients and meals and calories in that I missed from staying up all night and sleeping all of one of the days. My best gains, and I feel the best physically and mentally, are definitely when I'm laying low from the partying scene. But, man do I crave going out and partying and socializing whenever I'm not. But, for me it has gotten to the point that it almost isn't worth it to go out and kick it and take a few days to recoop. I'd rather get a good night sleep and go to bed after going out to eat and seeing a movie with a lady friend, sleeping in, eating a big breakfast, getting a little extra time in the gym and taking naps Saturday and Sunday afternoon because I want to get extra sleep instead of catch up.
