I don't believe so. Unless you have really big developed delts anyway, you are better off injecting into your ass or thigh where there is more muscle mass. The winny needs to be injected at least 3 times a week and you would not want to have all of those needles in your shoulder. Having a shot in a particular part of the body wil make hardly any difference to how that part grows. You could shoot into your big toe if there was enough muscle, and your shoulders would grow just as well.

I prefer ass shots myself.....more fat back there to absorb the blow, lol....delt shots are like a direct puncture wound to the muscle.

Musketeer is right that it makes no difference where you take the shot in terms of development.

First of all it is ridiculous to say you should only shoot in your ass... I experienced localized growth FOR SURE in quads and delts but it is definitely suffers diminishing returns...

Bottom line: Drink the winny and shoot the deca in your ass once a week.

When will this rumor be put to rest. AAS WILL NOT GIVE YOU LOCALIZED GROWTH!!!!! The hormones become active when they enter the bloodsteam and then are evenly distributed through the blood steam. The muscle acts as a depot. It may APPEAR bigger because of the oil inside but it has NOT gained any mass as a result of you injecting into it.

LOL. Thanks for posting this, you saved me the energy of having to come up with a not-so-harsh response.

Also, I don't see one post on this thread where somebody said to ONLY inject in the ass, however, most people will say it is the least painful for obvious reasons.
