i started lifting weights a little over a year ago, and i gradually more and more serious and i started to enjoy it more and more.
within a year i went from 145 lbs and 32 inch waist to 195 lbs 33 inch waist. i have also made huge improvements in all lifts, and my gains keep coming faster and faster. i would really like to continue for as long as possible.
but i have a problem, my fat phobic parents say that i am getting too big and should stop eating so much and gaining so much weight. needless to say i am more than a little motivated to continue.
my parents are stubborn and hard to talk to, and i WILL continue to lift and eat regardless but i would much rather convince them to give up trying to stop me then have to fight them....
has anyone else had this problem? and if so what did you do about it?
