Hey guys,
I'm getting paranoid. At work everyone thinks I'm on something. (Of course I am) I've put on about 17lbs in 5 weeks. I cannot walk past anyone without them asking "You on steroids?" or some other snide comment about steroid abuse!
IMO I'm gradually gaining, though not too fast. But when EVERYONE says "You too BIG!" or "You'll explode if you get any bigger!" especially the girls, I begin to think. Am I too big but just don't see it?
So I was thinking of throwing in some cardio to try and keep water and fat to a minimum. I've not don't any cardio in about 8 weeks since I started. I was planning on doing an 8 week clen / eca cutting cycle once I've done my bulking cycle.
But I'm thinking because I may be getting TOO BIG, I should start to throw in the cadio now, that way when I do start the cardio for my cutting cycle I won't have a heart attack! I guess it'll be a way of conditioning my heart for the stresses of the cutting cycle.
I think they're main problem is that their not used to seeing me this size. I've got thin joints, and have always been very lean, almost to the point of skinny.
It did feel good when the odd person mentioned my size increase, but when I get it 10 times a day EVERY fucking day, it gets annoying!
