I'm confident that I lack a prostate. Well, at minimum "pretty darn sure" that I don't.

Sex would have been a good solution had my significant other not been a brat last night. He was cranky and cranky never leads to lovin' at my house.

I feel much better today. I think the long bubble bath and nice amount of sleep helped. ;)

Papaya or Pineapple Papain Enzyme is a good call. Even ginger root extract is a good anti inflam, but you have to be taking it for a while to get the benefits.... If you really Chernobyl-fuck the shit out your legs, go hard and fast to a serious AntiInflamitory med and eat them. I use voltaren rapid, thats a Euro thing, and you need a script for it, but any good NSAID will help. Most of the pain that revolves around DOMS is associated with the swelling that accompanies the micro-tearing... reduce the swelling and VOILA much reduced pain...

The key phrase is ACTIVE RECOVERY. No doubt about it. DO NOT just stop stretching training and wait for it to go away. Some good threads about using bands for AR on the training board.

No Chef, I think I'll stop working out forever. Working out is dangerous. It leads to injuries and other horrible things. I think this pain may be some sort of sign from above saying "Stop this nonsense K, just watch a lot of tv and sit on your butt eating pringles". I don't like pringles but I can't really argue with higher powers can I?

See Chef.....working out makes your legs catch on fire. That can't possibly be safe. Rethinking exercise because it brings nothing but evil.

Off to work....where EF no longer is allowed normal or in stealth as of last week. Damn it.

OMG Raina....I was squating on Tuesday.... and I was just complaining that I hurt from the rib cage down...Every single muscle hurts...I did squat 150 (wooohooo) but I still feel it!
