I would advise against using pam.. just because i didnt know there was such thing as a calorie free oil! I know there are laws that say you can round down if it is not a complete calorie.. but still canola oil is a really shitty oil.. we have all been told that it is great for our health, but it really has many toxins in it that are not all that great.. it is a mustard seed.. really called the rapeseed oil, and then canada like made a new strain and called it CAN(ada)ola oil
It is the same seed they use to make mustard gas used in wars.. I mean i guess to each his own.. but it is not wide spread info bout the dangers of canola.. do a search on google or sumthin. i am not tryin to go against anything anyone says.. just tryin to look out.. The 3 fats i use around my house for cookin are Olive, butter and a little grapeseed.. olive by far bein a great source of mono's and antioxidants.. just alittel food for thought
