Palumbo's IGF-1 Dosages

He is not the only one who advocates the low dose. The thought is not only can you avoid receptor saturation with a low dose but can also avoid "growth gut" and can stay on indefinately. I personally don't believe that igf-1lr3 will cause the gut. I will continue to stay on 100mcgs/day on a 4 week cycle as I find that works best for me.
Im a big fan of high dose anything.. Get big or go home!

some hot babe trying to get famous being seen with a monster like him means she might get lucky and get approached by some people taking pics of him and ask her to jump in the pics next thing you know she is on the cover of a mag,selling protien,placing first in figure contest then she might get real famous and appear in "glutes magazine" then have her own website selling doggy style ass shots for 20$ a pop.Tough road to the top but fucking someone already on top makes it eazier to ride the horse and buggy to the stable if ya know what i mean.vitamix said:

wow.....recommending a gram of test to a newbie who doesn't have a baseline to judge his tolerance to even minimum doses......wow, I hope this was just meathead talk and not serious......I know myself and I how I can only tolerate medium, at best, doses of test.....had I done a gram of test my first cycle????....I just really can't fathom what I would have gone through. Definitely would have taken me out of the game even I didn't come away with some serious fucking immune suppression...

I did last summer for about 2 months.. 18g 1 1/2in.. I had some thick winstrol/suspension and I didnt want to waste some good vet stuff! Stuff was potent horse meds..

Harpoons! lol I didn't know any better when I first started, so I always used 18g 1 1/2 inch for all my shots. I thought it was normal to have blood gush out of the delt/glute/quad, etc after a shot.
As for Dave, I don't know. Maybe it does work for him and the people he knows. We also have to remember they are all incredibly gifted in the genetics department. I say find what works best for you.
