ok hey guys i'm new to this forum...
i was hoping the experts on this forum will help me with this problem and save me the trip to the doctor...
i go jogging every morning for about 30-40 minutes..this morning was different...after the first 10 minutes i started to feel a pain in my back on the left hand side...just below the rib cage...the thing is if i touch that area i won't feel the pain...it seems the pain is on the inside...but this happened last week as well...so i took 4 days of rest....the first two days the pain was still there, it only arises when i do some sort of physical activity...such as walking..lifting something etc..the next two days the pain subsided a little bit, but it never disappeared...but monday i started running again...didn't feel it...tuesday nor wednesday...thursday i didn't go running...today i went and the pain came back...
what do u think the problem is..
