Painful Pin, Rash, Lump

Dang, I remember reading threads about this a long time ago, and have been pinning for two years with never an issue...thats Test, GH, HCG, and a few blasts, and pinning vitamins...

Yesterday was the kick start of my NY blast:
600mg Test Enan
50mg Tbol daily
100mg Deca week

My source is not available so didnt get the mast...

My Test E and Deca are legit scripts from an HRT clinic I used to use until I switched doctors. Its from a compounding pharmacy in FL that was busted last year, not sure if I can name it or not so I wont...

Anyhow, pin went in fine, felt normal, no issues....about 6 hours after the pin started feeling something, woke up with what felt like a golf ball injected in my glute, and kept waking me up it hurt so bad...then this morning I see there is a red rash....again I think ive read about this and how some companies use different oils and/or different alcohol content so people can react differently to the stuff...but I skipped my morning power cleans and squats because I literally have a limp and cant sit down or lay down on it comfortably....I iced it up this morning...

Tonight after work Im gonna try to hit gym, no use in a blast if Im not tearing up the weights and conditioning....

So what are some opinions? Sucks I spent tons of cash on this a few years ago, but if every pin is this bad it aint worth it....the Test E was still sealed with plastic top, and was in a prescription bottle...the Deca was opened but was in a prescription bottle too and I wiped the heck out of it with alcohol to make sure hopefully if there were germs on the plug they were killed. A few months ago there was a thread on using old gear and everyone said it should be good to go....so Im thinking it must be something with this different brand...my chain store pharmacy Test Cyp I NEVER feel the shot, going in or after....Ive used UGL Mast and never had issues, and Ive used HG primo and never an issue like this...

Thanks! part of me is just venting...as Ill search more threads this week or weekend when I have time..just gotta decide if come Wed time to pin again I use this stuff or go back to my normal script and forgoe the blast and just use up the tbol orals with say 400mg Test Cyp a week...but sucks if the 3 bottles of Test E 300mg/ml go to waste because it doesnt react well with my body!

I get this every once in awhile. I rotate injection spots and if i don't i usually get the exact same thing. takes about 5 days to go away. gets red, bumpy and hot to the touch. if it doesn't go away go see a doc . I had to take an antibiotic once and it went away 3 days after. that's when my dumb ass injected in the exact same spot as i did the day before bc i'd forgotten where i'd injected last.

same thing happened to me a few days ago. It could be the oil from the juice just sitting there.. Massage the ball under a hot shower. the redness is fading away and the lump is subsiding ..

Red, hot and swollen = infection. 6 hrs is too fast for this to be infected, so most likely just a local reaction at this time. however, if in the next couple of days it increases in size, go to doc for abx and possible need for drainage if an abscess forms.

Yea it happened within a few hours...its not red anymore and is hurting much less, it just feels like a hard ass lump right now where I injected...

tomorrow is another injection scheduled, kinda nervous...dont want two sore ass cheeks this week! No Deca tomorrow, just the Test E, so Ill be able to eliminate the Deca as the culprit if it doesnt act up....if I didnt pay so much for this gear id just toss it and stick to my current brand test from a national name brand pharmacy....not a fan of this compounding pharmacy stuff at the moment

first shot right cheek totally fine now, cant feel a thing....so thats Sundays shot...yesterdays shot in left cheek, doesnt hurt as bad, but still shot before bed, woke up this morning with what feels like a hard ass lump or tightness, iced it for half hour...hopefully subsides quicker than Sundays shot...strange...no more rash or redness though...

Not a fan of this test!

I've noticed a few things with my gear the last few months. I used a tri-blend and had similar to the same reaction u did. I did 2 things and it completely went away... Warmed the oils up. Microwave some water for a minute and then let the bottles sit in the hot water for 10 minutes, this will help the esters bind faster and reduces inflammation and irritation tremendously. I also changed to only pinning my quads and mostly delts. Don't know why but delts heal a whole lot faster than glutes or quads. I haven't had a problem since

What length needle did you use? If it didn't make it deep enough into the muscle it will get stuck in between and make a hard knot. Sometimes it can be weeks before it goes away. Try injecting in a different spot and make sure the needle is deep in the muscle. I doubt its the gear.

Whats PIIP?

I ordered 23g 1" and 1.5" from pharmacy but they havent come in yet....all I have right now is 1" 25g and I am burying, I mean burying them to the plastic to make sure its as deeep as it will go...I was part worried about breaking them off because this gear is so thick compared to my regular cyp, and in 25g needle its like pushing super glue to get it out of syringe...

Ive always used 1" 23g for quads and glutes no problem with my TRT, as well my blasts with Primo and Mast...never a prob....and with TRT ive even been in habit of using 1/2" 29g for quads and 27g 5/8" for glutes, never a prob, no pain, and always stable T levels on my labs...Im not fat and my glutes are pretty lean....so if it is me not pinning deep enough with say 1.5" needles, there is some sort of difference with the gear as T Cyp from my national chain brand pharmacy is smooth as butter and painless no matter how I shoot it....this Test E 300mg/ml from compounding pharmacy seems like maple syrup or something!! haha

Almost wish I could trade all this stocked up Test E and Test Cyp I have for Masteron, Primo, and Var....Id probably prefer doing standard Test replacement dose with some Mast and/or Primo and Var orals for a few blasts a year...I have no need to get bigger just wanna get leaner but hoping with my diet I can lean out on this Test blast...

Just saw my doctor today....he gives me vitamin shots in my glutes every 2 weeks, said 1" should be fine for me Im lean and not much to push through. He said something about different solutions can "crystalize" or something and that might make it feel like its hard underneath there and causing pain for a few days...naturally he said it sucks but if I try the 1.5" needle and it still does it, to cut my losses and use my current Test Cyp :-( Now I know MDs are not the end all be all, but this guy is open minded and cool...I told him I have the Test E 300mg and Deca from an HRT clinic from two years ago and paid a lot for it so didnt want to waste it, but he said if its causing some weird reaction every time why deal with it...

Kinda sucks Sunday Ill try 1.5" poker...if it still hurts, might go to Test Cyp and drop my blast down to 400mg since I do not have as much Test Cyp, and it will just be a mild blast of 400mg Test Cyp with kickstart 5 weeks of 50mg tbol daily....guess Ill save up for a Primo and Mast blast this summer...

f--k...even with bigger needle its like i got a hard spot lump feeling just deeper in my glute now....painful to roll over in bed, painful to sit, hard to get warm in the gym so I can do my speed and power training...

Looks like I gotta go back to Cyp...stinks...

Bro, have u tried heated the oils? That did wonders for me! Ur gear could be really potent and prevents the esters from binding so they crystallize which causes the redness and painful lumps! Warm it up and pin the delts before u give up on that stuff!

I just had an infection from pinning and that thing is a BITCH! But yeah if you pin too much, too fast, or if its a virgin muscle then it could hurt a good amount

I cant do delt shots, dang near broke off needle trying, just am not that flexible I guess haha...I do glutes and quads....

Nah didnt try heating it....

Went back to my Cyp, smooth as butter, no pain not even an inkling of pain....

Turns out thats the only bottle I have from that compounding pharmacy, the other bottles of 300mg/ml are from another...so Ill just put the bottle back in storage for an emergency bottle if somehow I lose my flow of script test....Ill use a few bottles of Cyp for this blast which I know wont hurt or bother me, so I can sleep good and sit down and do work, as well workouts without being in pain for 4 days after each shot like someone shot my ass with rock salt....
