pain in the right testicle

damn woke up today and have this horrible pain in my right testicle almost like its clamped in a vice. the pain is also running down into my right thigh. and i am not on any aas.or have been for a long time. any thoughts?
 
Strangulation....get thee to a Dr. yesterday!!! I had this following a very intense interval workout 9 years ago. I have a cousin who is a urologist and I called him at 10pm and he told me to meet him at the ER right then. He was able to manipulate it and cure the problem (twisted vein and vas deferens) but he had them prepping me for surgery while he was doing it! Said I was 12 hours from losing the testicle!
 
buddy had the same problem...called testicular torsion. Medical is right, get ur ass to a doc QUICK! my buddy was military and didnt have it taken care of in enough time and lost his left nut bc of it. Was very painful for him!
 
fuck man no insurance i might wait till tomorrow or late tonight if its still killing me i have no choice.
 
how does the strangulation happen? ok let me go tag the girl real quick and i will let you know how its going in 5 min<-------lol maybe 6min.
 
ok i got some release of the pain still feels a little discomfort. i just remebered that i took a cialis 4 days ago, not sure if that has any effects.

Strangulation or torsion= twisted nut. Usually from vigorous excercise although 20-30% occur nocturnally (some way you twisted your nuts between your legs while sleeping...it would have caused you enough pain to adjust your sac if you were awake but since you were asleep....probably drunk....you just lay on it all night and by morning the damage is done!) People twist their nuts all the time! It aches a bit and you reflexively reach down and adjust them...problem solved. But when you do it during vigorous excercise you get multiple twists or very tight twists that don't respond to adjustment...some times you make it worse trying to fix it.
 
not sure exactly but i do feel better now after a good 5 min romp, no more testicle in the vice feeling. but its funny i did wake up feeling it so whatever it was was in my sleep but i wasn't drunk the night before. my testicle still aches now but not half as bad as earlier, the pain in my thigh and all around the area subsided as well. I am still gonna keep my eye on it.

You most likely resolved the issue just by the motion when you were fucking. If it was still strangulated it would be worse after your session.
I do have to comment on the "5 minute romp" issue! Not very good, son!

Go to the ER....you don't need insurance for that! Worry about the bill later. What part of "You May lose Your Testicle" don't you understand?
 
Dude, go to the hospital now! This is possibly a life threatening situation. If it is a twisted nut, you might lose your testicle but atleast you will still be alive.
 
dude i don't blow smoke out no ones ass i am seriously asking this question to know cause my fucking nut hurts. and yes i am leaving to go to the hospital shortly. sorry i got a sense of humor.

it could just be a simple infection. i had something similar, this summer. lots of pain in my nut and crotch area on one side. i was told a myriad of things. it wound up going away itself....
 
okay so after a long wait at the ER i find out i got a kidney stone. the reason for the testicle pain they say is it lodged itself on that side. now its off to a urologist to find the proper course of action. Thanks all for the input.
 
men get what is almost like a bladder infection for a woman....or it can a std.....Go to the Dr, they will give yu cipro to take for it

i've had a similar problem, i woke up one morning with a pain in my right nut, it felt like i had been hit in the nut (only my right) it was tender to the touch and hurt when ever it moved. i've heard of the strangulation thing, and figured it would go away. didnt realize it was that serious. i waited a day to see if it would go away, if not i was going to call the doc. it ended up going away after a day or so. this actually happened a few times. one time i tried rubbing one out, and it helped. no pain the next morning!

Glad to hear its nothin as serious as the testi torsion reaper. Hopefully the stone is at a size and location that ultrasonic treatment is the URI's first option. Passin is gonna be painful bro!! Good luck and keep us updated bro
 
Thank you all, I know i am in for some pain my brother both sisters and mother have had stones i am the last and was hoping to fall short of that curse. Well unfortunately thats not the case I hear the pains so bad you feel like ripping your dick off. lol j/k
 
actually i have been having some lower back pain for the last month or so but i have always had back problems so i shrugged that off as just not getting to the chiropractor in a few months. The fact that it moved is what broght on the pain in my nut and groin area. Also since i just started lifting again in sept they say it very ossible that could have been the reason for its sudden movement.

see a doctor ASAP.
