Pain in the ass!

Yah, i know what you mean, it aint easy. You ever consider injecting into your quads/calves/chest/delt/etc?

I hate injecting into left glute!!! I'm right handed, And can handle injecting with either hand any where else. As soon as I get close to the left cheek, I shake and sweat like a crack head in heat! I've tried lieing down, holding it different ways, etc. no success. It is a pain in the ass(no pun intended) Just had to let off some steam. Try to take a guess where todays injection is. LOL

you'll get use to it just keep trying!!!

I have all but given up on the glutes. Over 80% of my injections are shoulders and pecs...

Yeah, I've injected in bi's, pec's, should's, tri's,etc. Of course I'll keep going for the left glute as my rotation comes to it. But it will always piss me off.

this sounds more like a anxiety/confidence issue...

with respect to injecting the dominant hand is hardly more agile.. its not surgury

Can you inject long esters such as cyp in your pecs and delts?

i stick myself in the quad ED. just ice it before for 15 minutes before you stick. I use a 25 g 1.5 inch and i've never had a pain once in my life. I am convinced this is the best way to do it. Give it a try!!
