I would just open it. You said you already got your first one weeks ago anyway. But writing return to sender is going to provide little protection for you....and your caps lock is stuck.

If you're really worried about it just take a drive. Make sure you're not being followed and open the pack. If there's a little device in there toss the package onto the freeway and let it get crushed, or throw it off a bridge into a river. No evidence. . .no proof. If you do see that you're being followed just drive to the post office and return to sender.

They will usually try and deliver it and try to get you to sign for it. Even though no signature required had been checked. Or they will leave the package at your door and when they see you take the package into the house they will then approach your door.
I used to always wait 1/2 a day. Check out your surrounding nieborhood. You know what cars belong and which don't. They don't wait hours and hours to bust in once they have seen you take the item in.. I know from personal experience unfortunately. Also the don't need a warrant to bust into your home (at least in MA) if they know you have receive a package with drugs in it and it's in your posesion. Gear they probably wouldn't bust your door down unless its a huge supply. But for other things like weed,coke, K etc they will in a heart beat. TRUST ME.

True, they don't need a warrant to make an arrest for a crime that is committed in their presence. However, without a warrant, the search would be limited to the immediate grabbable areas surrounding the arrestee.
