Not wanting to miss the UPS guy again, I tracked him down on my way out. I found him at the medical center right near my villa. I go back home to put my goodies away before going to the dentist. Now, I was having a lot of anxiety this morning, very bad case. I put one full pump on p7 on my inner forearms, and rubbed them together. For a few mins I thought that it might just be another bs product, AND THEN it HIT me. I had to sit down! My anxiety went away completely. I felt like I had taken an ativan. I think I'll finally be able to sleep tonight

So far this product is looking great. I can't wait to try it again before I go to bed. I have to run to the dentist in about 30mins, and I think I may need to take a nap beforehand, I feel great! It kicked in for me about 10-15mins after putting it on. Has a very resfreshing feel to it (I got the peppermint one). So far I'd give this 5 stars out of 4. I usually never hype a supplement to anyone, but I'm going to have to with this one. Thanks to the guys at AF store for bringing another great product to the public.

It's been 3 days of use, and I must say that I really LOVE this product. I had to stop taking zoloft as it makes me lose all desire to eat, and for a few days prior to taking P7, I was having horrible anxiety, and I couldn't sleep. As of right now, I am anxiety free.

I've been using one pump in the morning, and I took 4 pumps last night. That is too much for me, I PASSED out, but I must say, it was some of the best sleep I have had in a looooong time. I am going to continue one pump in the am, one in the pm 15-30mins prior to bed.

This is the BEST supplement I have EVER used. I recommend anyone who has anxiety, mild depression, looking to just feel a little 'better' through out the day, or has trouble sleeping to check out this product.

is there really a big difference between peppermint and orange?

Peppermint is a faster, harder blast. The orange is a more level release and it's actually stronger.

I have less anxiety on P7, than when I am taking zoloft. I seriously don't think I could do without this product. I never liked the feeling certain drugs gave me. Ativan would make me lazy the next day (tired), and zoloft would leave me with zero desire to eat. P7 makes me feel nice and calm throughout the day, and if I have trouble falling asleep, I am just one pump and 20mins away from slumberland.

Well, it's been about a week now. The results just haven't let up. P7 actually helped me get my sleeping back on track. I wasn't able to fall asleep until I was past dead tired. I started taking 1-2 pumps at night, and within 30mins I was sleepy. The sleep I get is great with this, it's a very deep sleep. When I wake up, I don't feel groggy, just full of energy.

Ult, you are very weclome, but I feel I owe you and mac a big thank you! You guys put out the very best in supplements. With out the AF store I don't know where I would go. All your products I've tried so far deliver. I could never say that about other places. Most of the time you buy a few different products, and maybe one works, but certainly doesn't live up to your expectations, or the claims. With the Af store you can count on everything being top notch. Thank you guys for all the great products, and help on the boards.

You should get her the Orange. The scent is strong but only momentarily and then it fades over a few minutes time. Orange is something she will thank you for again and again and again...

I have noticed a slight, temporary increase vascularity on my forearms when I put it on. It feels warm when I apply it.

Other than that, I don't notice much.

I bought it because I think I tend to be a little over-anxious and sometimes too aggressive.

I still can't say if it's doing anything for me.

couple of things:

shave or exfoliate the site of application
make sure skin is clean at time of application

try a higher dose (if the first 2 dont produce)

are you on any AS or PH?
nandrolones can interfere with its actions (mood related)

Well, it's been about 3-4 weeks, and I am anxiety free. I don't need it to fall asleep anymore, it really helped get me sleeping good again. I take it in the morning 1-2 pumps, and I feel calmer and more relaxed all day. I am no longer taking zoloft, or any other depression/anxiety drugs. This stuff has worked wonders for me. I will continue to use it, as there seems no point in stopping it. It's a wonderful product, and it really did do great things for me. Thanks to the AF team for putting out a great product, and helping me finally get rid of the anxiety.
