P-Plex/Trenadrol Cycle

anybody be interested in my results. finishing up week 4 on friday. if yall wanna see the progress, let me know.

alright. well sounds like some people might be interested so i will post up. just to give yall some info here was my supplement outline

Weeks 1-4
P-Plex 30mg ED
Trenadrol 60mg ED

Supports:
SNS Liver Assist
Flush Free Niacin
Taurine(right before workout)
Milk Thistle
Hawthorn Berry
Multi(Opti-Men)

PCT:
Sustain Alpha
Nolva (just in case)
Creatine
And continuing most support supps

And this is for yall,so what kinda progress report yall want? Give me some ideas and ill put them on here.

Lift/strength increases, body weight gain, lose or gain BF, more vascularity?? Not much else.
 
Well used a caliper for bodyfat and started about 11.5%..right now im right at 10%. Still recovering from 2nd acl and both meniscus surgery in august so i honestly don't know where i was when I started squat but i would say around 350 for a 1 rep max. now im doing 355x6 no problem. Bench i started at 225x6 with needing help on the last rep. Now im doing 250x6 no problem, no help. my starting weight was 171lbs, this morning on the scale, 183 lbs. Up 12lbs. A couple of other main lift increases..incline DB press i started at 70x6 and ended at 80x6. All of my auxiliary lifts increased by 10-15lbs, which in my opinion is great for it not being a core excercise. The main improvements, definition, vascularity, MASS(p-plex im guessing). Since im in school, havent seen the family since i started week 2 and just after finishing week 3, they asked if i was on something(they know i take protein, thats it lol)..they gave a bunch of compliments which really assures something changed. my girlfriend especially, she always is saying stuff now about how big im getting. im not saying this to sound cocky or anything, just saying it so yall know its not just me saying how big ive got, others are noticing. was worried about p-plex being wet but i think trenadrol compliments perfect. definately am more vascular everywhere.

That's good to hear bro. Working hard brings results. You deserve it. Once you get off the plex, you are probably going to tighten up even more.

Well, it's up to you.

Here's what you need to cinsider.

Pros:

You'll make more lean gains and possibly lean up a touch more.
More strength and further development. Non-methyl so it won't be bad on the liver.


Con:
Recovery is a longer process from 8 weeks than 4. This is important. People recover from 12+ week cycles on illegal stuff, but it takes a more invovled process with HCG durig cycle etc.



If you want to stay on, here's what I would do. Drop the p-plex (because you probably don't have any more.) and run the tren at 90mg per day instead of 60 for another 2 weeks. That way you have a higher dose (more effective) that is still safe because it's non-nethyl, but the cycle isn't too long overall.
 
alright. so should i just wait to start pct after the final 2 weeks on tren? and is a 4 week pct still good enough since im adding 2 extra weeks.
the only thing that bothers me with postponing pct is p-plex seems to have a suppressive reputation in some cases.

Well, all of these compounds have a suppressive reputation bro. That's why PCT is a must in all cases. Post-poning PCT is not big deal, because you will be on the tren. You won't lose gains, but should make even more.

PCT can still be done for just 4 weeks on a 6-weeker. 6 weeks isn't too long to be suppressed. You should be able to recovery fairly quickly. Make sure you are doing heavy squats and deadlifts, they actually help with recovery because they signal the body to make more hormones.

Wait until you finish the last 2 weeks on tren to start PCT.

Are you looking to get leaner or put on the mass? Probably both like everyone, lol. Personally, I would up the cal intake (with whole grain carbs, green veggies and lean meat. Nothing high in fat and simple carbs like fries or anything craptastic like that) and put on as much mass as you can. If you are 10% BF or around there, and your diet is clean but you are eating more, you should still stay lean and get a little more out of it size-wise.


Post up in the diet section your diet and let's have people take a look.
 
well im takin in right over 4000 cals a day. only consuming whole grain and complex carbs..some quick carbs right before and after workout but very limited otherwise. gonna take your advice on posting my diet to see if someone has something to change. you think my cals are sufficient?

4000 calories for 183 lbs is usually enough, depending on whether your metabolism is naturally fast/slow/medium.


Get the diet up with specifics of what each of your meals are so we can see what a typical day looks like for you.
