Well used a caliper for bodyfat and started about 11.5%..right now im right at 10%. Still recovering from 2nd acl and both meniscus surgery in august so i honestly don't know where i was when I started squat but i would say around 350 for a 1 rep max. now im doing 355x6 no problem. Bench i started at 225x6 with needing help on the last rep. Now im doing 250x6 no problem, no help. my starting weight was 171lbs, this morning on the scale, 183 lbs. Up 12lbs. A couple of other main lift increases..incline DB press i started at 70x6 and ended at 80x6. All of my auxiliary lifts increased by 10-15lbs, which in my opinion is great for it not being a core excercise. The main improvements, definition, vascularity, MASS(p-plex im guessing). Since im in school, havent seen the family since i started week 2 and just after finishing week 3, they asked if i was on something(they know i take protein, thats it lol)..they gave a bunch of compliments which really assures something changed. my girlfriend especially, she always is saying stuff now about how big im getting. im not saying this to sound cocky or anything, just saying it so yall know its not just me saying how big ive got, others are noticing. was worried about p-plex being wet but i think trenadrol compliments perfect. definately am more vascular everywhere.
