Anyone have updates on P-7? I have tried it but Have not noticed any significant sides.

well, i use it off and on. usually 2 days after i apply it my libido is super increased. i notice a calming effect right away though, nothing pronounced, just a general feeling of relaxation.
last night i accidentally spilled the bottle over myself while i was applying it. needless to say this probably means i got about 5-10 time more than the recommended dose
i fell asleep 10 minutes later and i had a bit of difficulty waking up. but after i got up i felt pretty refreshed, not groggy at all. and i've been feeling very hot the whole day.
oh, and i still haven't noticed oilier skin or breakouts.

I haven't noticed any changes in libido, but I have definitely gained some fluid, and prolly a bit of fat on P7. Sleeping better though. I recently stopped the P7 because of uncomfortable PMS symptoms that I'm trying to determine the source of. Sore breasts, huge appetite for "bad" foods, foul mood and reduced body temperature....It may be the P7, it may be my age, or something else entirely.
I'll keep you posted as I learn more. I suspect my experiences have more to do with perimenopause than P7, but I don't know for sure.

Given my current state of frustration w/ my job & life in general, P7 has been a nice help in getting a decent night's sleep. Also good on those days that I just really dont' feel like going to work. And that peppermint will get your ass going if you haven't had your coffee yet!

MS, I have had the same experiences as you, I didn't link it to the P-7 because I wasn't expecting it. I have since discontinued using it because I didn't think It was doing anything. But AHaa maybe it was. 
, Not exactly the sides I would have liked. It may have helped the libido a bit but I usually don't have a problem in that area so that is not the main reason to try it. I was hoping for a more relaxed state of mind. HAHA..
BTW MS, I have seen in a couple of your post you occasionaly have a glass of wine, well I think it was you, or was it Whiskey?
