Mine lasts well over 30 days and I average 6-12 snorts a day. It is very cheap, it takes a little bit to build up in your system.

No negative sides at all.. Although, if you really load up on it you will get so relaxed you don't want to do anything..

As far as benefits, it helps lower Blood Pressure and cortisol levels..

Load up with a little bit of 'heavier' dosing the first few days, nothing like 10 squirts per side/time or anything, but throw in a few more here and there..

you'll like it and it smells awesome.

Exactly. Gave one each to two gf's and we each dosed daily with more and less over a couple of weeks and (drum roll)...nothing. Doesn't even do anything for the sinuses...

Hey ulter! i'm particularly interested in the part where you stated that in men oxytocin aids in ejaculation/orgasm, because one of the side effects of my zoloft is that orgasm is very prolonged, so do you think oxytocin might be of benifit to even me in this regard? thanks bro!
