Who is recommending taking oxycontin? I didn't see any posts advocating the use of it. It does make you feel great, no doubt there. But then you lose your job, your car, all your money, your girlfriend, your family, and any self-respect you may have left over. Then you end up in a detox shaking. It is a wonderful drug.

It should not be used unless you have cancer or aids....People who use it because they want to feel good or hooked on heroin are making it harder for those who have such diseases as cancer and aids to obtain it. The government is going to ban the use of the drug because once a heroin addict starts using the drug they can not take them off the prescription because they depend on it!!!!!!!!! It makes you stupid and unable to perform daily activities in the dosages needed for a heroin addict!
