Yes, just like a Vick's Enhaler. Put the nozzle in your nose and spray as you snort it in.

yes! oxycalm smells like vanilla... and yohimburn smells like a candy cane, lol!

sounds like P7 you're talking about... well if you take P7 in the evening or to help relax before bed you shouldn't be taking thermos late at night anyway unless they don't phase your sleep pattern.

they still have P7 i believe...

oxycalm is only 12 something dollars, so if money's an issue... i'd get a couple oxycalm without a doubt.... and it's easier to use (quick spray up the nostrils).

P7 will last a very long time if only used every so often... and oxycalm seems to last me a long time too... even with very frequent use.

made me very very relaxed.

people with a history of relaxation drug use or abuse haven't noticed the affects as much. just an FYI if you use any thing like that it won't "replace" those feelings at all...
