my forearms are terribly weak and small, in case of overtraining i tried not training them at all which didnt work. so now im back to training them again.
an experienced natural lifter that i know suggested that i do some forearms work right before my last meal of the day to give them complete rest all night.
work includes cherry pickers, nuchuku drills, staff raises, hit punching bag with Arnis sticks.
the reason i think it would work is because my kung fu teacher has huge popeye-esque forearms and has been doing that stuff for years.
any suggestions?
