You might also consider changing up your diet a little. You might be missing something nutritionally? Especially if you've been on a really high protein diet & haven't done a "cleansing" diet in a while, you might just need to clean out some of the stuff that isn't getting shuttled out for example, by the enzymes & stuff in things like fruit that are often left out of a restricted diet. Just coming off & eating "normal" (clean but a good variety of fruits, vegies, etc -- lots of color in the food) for a week or two can really help replace some of the stuff that is left out on a restrictive diet.
Also are you sleeping well? Do you have stuff on your mind that keeps you up at night? If you are taking thermos, you might consider laying off those for a while & cutting out any stimulants in your regular diet (e.g. coffee) for a while.
