Overtraining while stacking?

A friend is taking sust. and deca., lol. Can he work chest twice a week without the fear of overworking it or any other muscle for that matter?:alien:
 
Its based on the individual, how hard he works, out, how long he has been training ..

You could provide us all the data possible, but that still would not allow a 3rd party to give you a real answer.

This is another reason why its so imprtant that guys be well-trained naturally before doing AS - so that THEY are in tune enough with their own body so that they know what training schedule works for them, and they recognize the best balance of training vs recivery time.
 
damn i just posted another while just trying to reply, oh well. the funny thing is that everyone is always saying it is there friend when it is really them.
