as you can see from the responses you got, everyone has their own opinion. everyone's body works and re-acts differently to AAS. some guys can work body parts twice or more a week while others feel that they need more recovery time. no one is completely wrong or completely right.
listen to your body and see what works for you. of course with a strict diet, enough sleep and dedication you can work out harder while on, but dont over do it. remember that your joints and the ligaments inside them are not growing at the same rate as your muscles. without experience with AAS it is easy to push your joints to failure, which is not good. i think we all can agree on that.
