overtraining on 250mg sustanon?

i did pick up some clomid though.
paid like 4 pounds for 10 tabs, 50mg each.
i cant believe you pick up sustanon for 3 pounds a pop!!!
i paid 2 pounds a pop in turkey. and spent 150 pounds on airfare!

cutting in jan. but bulking in may????do you live on Antarctica??

So you think that sust is a bulking drug and winny a cutting drug?? :rolleyes: you need a lot to learn..
 
well test is OK:rolleyes: for cutting, not the best, it does make u retain water like a mutha, however, diet plays an enormous role in this, if u keep your test doses low and use l-dex i have found great results in lean mass....hook it up

not a bad routine, but that means working the each muscle once every 7 days. i like to hit em up as soon as they recover from their usual post workout soreness which takes my body about 3 days and thus my routine.

but....
the question is: am i overtraining?

i've tried differnt routines and feel like mine should yield the fastest fast loss and MAY even add very very little muscle.

the only change i've made is instead of taking 250mg every 7 days i will take it every 5 days. many recommended 500mg every 7 days but i think that may be just a little too much.

anyhow, i'm 5 days into my 8 week cutting cycle and will keep you posted.

Don't listen to anyone who says your undertraining because they are probably overtraining themselves and can't grow unless they are on a lot of juice :D. I only do 3-4 sets per bodypart once a week with a 3-day split and ive been growing like a weed ever since i started on low volume. I take small amounts of juice too, my next cycle will only be 300mg of enanthate a week. All these peeps who think you have to do 9-12 sets a body part every workout, and most of them are overtraining. Good luck.
 
Lean. I'd stick with hitting one muscle group a week. I used to do what you did, smacking everything twice, maybe three times a week, or only waiting 2 or three days for a muscle to recover. BUT, now that I've switched to once a week. The difference is night and day. I'm definetily (sp) seeing ALOT better results both when trying to shred up, and when putting on mass. Even though a muscle is not still sore, does NOT mean that it is fully recovered. Sometimes my shoulders or bi's arent sore after a workout, does this mean they didnt get blasted? NO. They still need a good chance to recover, and then grow.
