I have a question to add to this:
I'm currently on 750 of Test E per week, 600 EQ per week, 400 Deca per week, and 100mg of Winstrol per day. Just started week 4 and am having incredible, mind boggling results. My best cycle ever hands down. You'd think I was on week 10 of a normal cycle.
My overtraining questions is this: I will do 5 heavy, heavy sets (6-8 reps) on the incline bench, 4 heavy sets (6-8 reps) on the dumbell flat bench, 4 sets of flies (8-10 reps), and 3 endurance sets on the barbell bench (I'll put 200 on there and go til failure each time).
16 sets on my chest more or less. The next morning, I'm 90% healed and revitalized. I like to do everything twice a week, but this is how my whole body has been working. I rip my tri's and bi's to shreds only for them to laugh at me the next morning.
Would you guys suggest readjusting the training splits to do everything three times a week if my body can handle it? Besides my shoulders, I can't seem to kill any particular part even when I work it to failure, and then do drop sets all the way down sometimes.
