Oversleeping and gains...

I have been sleeping like 9-10 hrs a day is this bad for gains when on AAS?

I still wake up mad tired and I feel out of it until I shower

Do you have any kind of pre bed shake? Casein shake? Or a few cups of cottage cheese? That will keep a sustained release of aminos while you sleep, allowing your body to stay anabolic.

Are you over training or under eating?

Train Big, Eat Big, Sleep Big, Get Big.

Plan everything out according to your specific goals and i doubt you will be dissapointed. You know your body best.

rest is recovery. take in some good fat with that before bed protein, slow the digestion down...

if youre on roids, is probably a good thing, especially if youve eaten some sort of pre bed slow protein or woken up for a shake at night

for non roiders, too much sleep can be a problem, because your hormones get messy. for most people, going to sleep and waking up at the same time each day is conducive to the best gains.

I wish I could get that much sleep. Your body builds and repairs while you sleep.

Fuck no the more sleep the better ! Just try to consume a shake if you wake up to piss.
I was going to say the same thing, the more sleep the better, just try to wake up and consume a meal or a shake in the middle of sleeping, when I don't have to work, I sleep for 12+ hr a day, but always drink a shake b4 bed, and wake up after 5 or 6 hrs to eat breakfast.

I ALWAYS sleep more on cycle. I think your body is just in overrdrive and needs the extra rest to grow. Weekdays it's usually 8-9 hrs, but I can sleep up to 12 hrs on weekends after hard training or a night out.
