Hey Bro's,I'm curious to see you trains each bodypart twice a week and who thinks this is complete overtraining,unless your getting ready for a contest,just curious
I alternate. I currently hit each muscle group once a week. That will continue for the next four weeks, then I will hit each muscle group twice a week for 4-6 weeks, then back.
Working each muscle group out just wasn't cutting it for me any more so I decided to start doing them twice a week last week. My muscles feel a lot fuller right now and I can tell a difference b/n just working them out once a week when I look in the mirror. The only complaint is that by the time Saturday rolls around and I finish the weekwith legs all i want to do on Sunday is lay in mybed and eat(and maybe put all this hard work to use and get some ass!)
