Hey Bro's,I'm curious to see you trains each bodypart twice a week and who thinks this is complete overtraining,unless your getting ready for a contest,just curious:confused:
 
I alternate. I currently hit each muscle group once a week. That will continue for the next four weeks, then I will hit each muscle group twice a week for 4-6 weeks, then back.

I never feel stagnated this way.
 
When on once every 5-7 days, when off once every 7-10 days thats just me though and everyone will find out different things work
 
Working each muscle group out just wasn't cutting it for me any more so I decided to start doing them twice a week last week. My muscles feel a lot fuller right now and I can tell a difference b/n just working them out once a week when I look in the mirror. The only complaint is that by the time Saturday rolls around and I finish the weekwith legs all i want to do on Sunday is lay in mybed and eat(and maybe put all this hard work to use and get some ass!) :horny:
 
OK,that makes a little more sense to me,wasn't familiar with the lingo,got it now!;)
