Overhead walks

Anyone do them? Basically you snatch a light weight, then take a walk with it in your hands. I walked up and down my driveway a few times with 105 and I got very sore in the delts and traps.
 
damn you ironlion...my workouts get bigger and bigger every time you post your ideas
 
I do overhead walks on my tip toes to get some calf work at the same time. Mike keep doing them, it is one of the best ways to strengthen your rotators and keep your shoulders strong and healthy
 
I will keep doing them IronLion. I'm suprised by the amount of soreness deep down inside the muscle I'm feeling. I'll have to try the tip toe thing.
 
I do them with a keg to warm up before going to the gym.Seems to work everything pretty well.May go try them on my tip toes right now
