Overdeveloped upper back? Need help with back problem (pics inside).

Okay... Take a look at my pics and you can see my back my hopeless. From the pics it looks like my traps/upper middle back is over developed? Is that right?

What should i really focus on when doing my back workouts to even out my back and develop the weaker points more?
 
Not at all overdeveloped! I agree with other posters who say it is in your head. =-)
 
If anything, I might try to do a few extra sets of pullups or lat pulldowns??? Not bad at all.... barely noticeable..
 
I think that your back looks ok man...looks like you are on the road to a strong, thick, and well developed back.

My back is mostly erectors...

when u have a 28inch waist with a back as wide as ur wing span, then it is over developed

sorry you're back is nothing more than mediocore/beginner level

and im only talking about the middle upper-part
but nvm you seem to one of those people who only reads the sections which allow you to flame others

Simmer Sweetie :) I was expecting something a little different after reading the title but I can see what you are referring to. Like the others said, it's more in your head than anything ... A BIG back is a great thing to have .. I wouldn't worry ... :)

What specifically do you do for back training?

Now thats one wide motherfucker...................pardon my vocabulary......tomorrow im going to knock out few extra sets of pulldowns as im scrawny compared to this bro :worried:
