I play college sports, and since its pre season we have practice for 2 and a half hours 3 days a week, i also do cardio 6 days a week in addition, and lift weights 5 days a week, is this too much for my body? Whats a good workout to stay in shape? any recomendations?

What does it mean " college sports"? Do you feel tired, oversore, exhausted, not sleep well? Your body will tell you what it considers "too much". Further how are you eating to support all this activity? W/o details hard to tell you much of anything. Your body's current shape (how it looks, endurance, power, recovery ability) reflects your current lifestyle - if you don't like how it is now or you aren't operating optimally (feel good, get enough sleep, not always sore, not always flaky in the head, etc.) then you need to change something.
