over-eating post workout?

i have protein powder, glutamine, mixed w lactose free milk, bran, strawberries and blueberries..its so yum i have 3 serves!
am i overdoing it? or is it acceptable if its the first meal after training?
 
It would depend on how much you're eating.

But from your general discription, I would say yeah 3 servings is too much.

Are you cutting, or bulking right now?
 
I have more calories first thing in the morning, pre-workout, and post-workout. Include simple carbs in the morning and post-workout meals.-WULF
