over-eating post workout?

i have protein powder, glutamine, mixed w lactose free milk, bran, strawberries and blueberries..its so yum i have 3 serves!
am i overdoing it? or is it acceptable if its the first meal after training?
 
Depends on your goals. If you're cutting, I'd be sure not to go too over-board.

If you're ever going to over-eat, post-workout is the time to do it...
