Ok, would like some thoughts for a newbie:
Stats:
Weight 200
Height 5'11"
BF 20%
Age: 43
Training - weights 3 days week split prymid routine
Martial Arts - 2 - 1hr 45 min classes per week plus extra training 45 min wk- working on next belt.
Job is pretty physical as well.
Have noticed loss of strength in the last six months as well as energy.
After a lot of research I thought I would try a first cycle with the following:
250 mg Sus. week (8 weeks)
HGH 2 iu 5 days on 2 off first 6 weeks then move to 4 iu
HCG 500 iu once week starting week 1 - thru week 8
Novalac 10 mg starting week 3 thru week 8
Clomid 50 mg week 8 thru week 10
I'm starting pretty conservative to see how my body will react. Am I being to conservative? The wife has the diet plan tight low fat protien, good carbs, and veggies 4 meals, 2 protien shakes per day w/creatin
