well, my ten pounds of ON Whey is almost gone. i am now in the process of choosing what to buy next, right now it is between ON again or AllTheWhey. i have heard mixed feedback about both and want some more opinions. or should i go with something else, price isn't a huge deal but don't want anything outrageous. i buy it in bulk, so that is a must. i also would like to buy some glutamine, so feedback on that would be cool too. :)

Are you set on 100% whey bro? I've been recommending matrix 5.0 and San's Infusion--but they are blends (micellar casein, whey isolate, milk protein, egg albumin, etc.) They both have glutamine peptides as well (wheat gluten).

All the Whey is my favorite. Dissolves well in Milk, high protein per scoop, tastes good, medium-priced, and has significant amounts of glutamine in it. 2-3 shakes a day puffs me up quite nicely.

i decided to stick with the NitroTech again...

if it ain't broke, don't fix it, i guess...

there were some really long ass threads on the glutamine supplementation, but i don't know where they were...

i might try all the whey, any flavor reccomendations? also why is buying L-glutamine a waste?

I've posted this back in women's a few months ago, but until someone decides to answer more specifically, I thought I might give you what I've heard/read, etc.

I have no clinical research to back this up, but I read the Glut in 'Peptide' form have higher absorpation uptake in comparision regular Glutamine.

BASIC Info...
Glutamine

"While glutamine has its great benefits, a large majority of ingested free-form L-glutamine does not actually make it into the blood stream and get into muscle tissue. Anywhere from 50 to 85 percent of an oral glutamine load is used by the intestines, liver and the immune system. This is what many scientists refer to as the "glutamine paradox". Well, with the use of glutamine peptide, this problem may be solved."
