Our gym is so hardcore

The Pec-Deck/chest push got broken a few months ago, still hasn't been fixed, and there hasn't been a single complaint logged in the complaints book about it yet!!!

I love hardcore gyms. The Bros in there are as good as gold, everyone appreciates weights, helps each other, there are no light-weights trying to look "cool", and best of all - everyone is as big and as hard as fuck!!!

I dedicate my 800 post to all the hardcore gyms and the Bros in them all over the world!!!

Our gym banned 10 people after one of the group got caught throwing Dumb-Bells out the window of the changing rooms by another gym member. None of them would own up, so he (the owner) barred the whole lot of them. They were all on monthly passes anyhow, so no loss around the place!

you guys are lucky. if the pec dec at my gym broke, it would likely be fixed within the hour.

I don't think I've even done DB flies this year let alone pec deck flies. I used to get people offering advice when I'd get into the pec deck the wrong way around to do rear delts.

Cable Cross for chest a waste of time. But cable cross excellent for my bicep curls and all the shoulder exercises. Personally, I do like the Cable Cross as a peice of equipment and you can finish off with some wide chins
