This is very true. I was lucky enough to be able to train under a good coach when I started, but I never hesitated to ask others for advice, and they pretty much took the time to answer every question I had. And this is surprising considering what a smart assed little prick I was as a kid. I have actually found that I now enjoy coaching more than competing. Getting old has nothing to do with it. Really. Honest.
