My lower back really hurts BAD! Plus, if I shift my weight(sitting, standing, whatever) it keeps popping. My lower back pops about 10 times a day, now. It sucks. I told my doctor. He said, Are you aware that you are 8 1/2 months pregnant?
What a smart ass! I know some of this is normal but I don't think my back should hurt this bad. Plus, doesn't he get paid the big bucks to listen to me complain? He IS an OB doc. I'm sure I'm not the first pregnant chick to complain about shit like this, lol.

You should definately see a Chiropractor. All natural and very effective for what you are going through (change in spinal biomechanics with your anterior weight-bearing). This goes without saying but obviously should be staying away from pain meds, muscle relaxers or anti-inflammatories (advil, motrin etc).

Good Luck, and congrats.

I will check out the chiropractor idea. I should have the baby withing the next few weeks, so maybe that will help. I'm just really hoping my back goes back to normal, FAST. Maybe the chiropractor can help with that part. I'm just kinda worried, because of how much it hurts, that I may have injured it in addition to being pregnant. Thanx for the suggestion. I will check it out.

Is this my wife??? Baby, are you on break or something? I'll be leaving in about 30 minutes.

Back pain is normal... sorry I couldn't give you any "answers".... God, towards that last few weeks I was practically whining, "GET THE KNIFE AND SLICE IT OUT! I DONT CARE WHAT IT TAKES JUST GET THIS BABY OUTTA ME!!!" hehehehee

Not only is all of your weight being pulled forward and your internal organs displaced but towards the end all of your joints are loosening up in preparation for the birth. Are you waddling yet?

OI - don't worry it will only hurt for like another 21 years! ;)
