Put together the baby's crib. Decided I needed to look closely at a piece of the wood required for assembly. Lifted it up to eye level. Ceiling fan hit the wood and caused the other end to hit me in the nose. Blood squirted across the carpet and all over my shirt. Ouch. Nose kinda hurts. Good tymes. Just call me, "Grace".

Lol. As I stood there, hands cupped over my nose and filling up with blood, my hubby was all, "Honey, what happened? Is that blood? Are you ok? What did you do? Are you bleeding? What was that loud noise? Is that blood?"
Me: "No, honey. It's my monthly nose period. It happens to all pregnant people"

"Put ice on it ASAP, 4x-6x a day, 20 minutes and take some Vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoids to help heal the capillaries. Vitamin A and retinol-A would
help too.

I can't count the number of wrestlers that I've shoved tampons in their nose and sent them back on the mat in a flash!! btw I've been a HS wrestling coach for a number of years!! and we used them when I was in HS, when I wrestled in college we had specially made fancy ones but the same basic concept!!

but tampons cut to about 3/4 inch work great!!
