Ok guys here's the deal. I am in the final weeks of my cycle, and today at the gym I was doing flat barbell bresses. I was on my last rep of a 5 rep set, so going pretty heavy, when at the bottom of the rep I heard or felt what I thought was a muscle strain. It was kinda painful, but I was able to finish my workout(lightly at that). So anyway I thought I had strained my pectorial tie in. After coming home and the muscle pump wearing down, it now feels like it's coming from inside my shoulder, like my joint or something. It isn't extremely painful, so I'm fairly certain that it isn't real serious. It hurts the most when putting my left arm all the way back like doing a fly.
My question is what do u guys think happened, and what can I do to improve things. If it is worse tomorrow I may see the doc, but I wana finish this cycle strong, and an injury is the perfect ingredient for loosing alot of my gains.
