ouch prop hurts

Hi Everyone,

not been on this forum for probably 2 years and got some great advice then so im hoping i can get some now, I have started a post earlier but i have seen that i didnt include enough detail

so here goes

My first cycle was when i was training for an army selection course, when i was advised by the forum to go for test prop (as the test was weeks away) 400mg pw spaced over EOD with whinny.

I seemed to get good results from the whinny and possibly the test but the major problem I had was prop pains. I stuck with it to see if my muscles would get used to it but to no avail.

I have lost a sufficient amount of weight to now starting to look at a good second cycle. so id like some advice on a second cycle bearing in mind the aforementioned paragraph about the prop pains. I would also like some advice on the best pct for whatever cycles are recommended.

1 scoop whey

4 whole eggs boiled and snacked on over a couple of hrs
2 potatoes (jacket, small amount of olive oil)
16oz fresh fruit juice

afternoon
whole chicken breast with wholemeal bread
fish oil
tumbler of water

afternoon 2
6 oz chicken breast
portion of baked beans (1 can)
water
(sometimes a bad boy and have coffee)

early evening
fish (250g tuna)
12 oz skimmed milk

evening
water
1 scoop whey

I think my diet is ok, more the juice i cant get my head round, i seemed to get good results from the prop and whinny but the prop pains were unbearable, i even stuck with it to see if they reduced in time but no joy. Thinking along the lines of test enan because of the longer esther and less pain???


I dont want to gain masses of weight in a week, just want lean mass and not too much excess water etc etc

Any advice guys?
 
Eat more, and get better quality prop if you want to run it again. I make my own test prop, 150mg/ml and it's totally painless. Most "brand name" test prop contains too much BA to counteract less than sterile conditions during production, and excess BA causes lots of pain. Just find a brand that doesn't hurt, there are plenty of them out there! If you are wanting to gain only moderate mass and little water, you can still use a longer ester like enanthate or cypionate, but make sure to take an AI with it and keep the dosage reasonable. For your goals, though, I'd personally still use a shorter cycle of something like test prop and winny or anavar... maybe tbol. All 3 are good orals that won't cause lots of bloat but give solid, moderate, keepable gains.
