Ouch bad pin :(

Took a pin in the right glute Friday cleaned aspirated etc but I assume I must have passed through a vein ?? Because when I woke up this morning I have a bruise and lump the size of a golf ball...anyone else had the same problem??? Cmon guys put my mind at rest lol

Sounds infected -- hitting a vein would not do this..

Cheers guys I assumed I hit a vein as when I withdrew there was a lot a blood which I havnt had before although there was nothing when I aspirated

you probably moved the pin around inside the muscle ,it will most likely settle down after 3 - 4 days but you are going to be sitting down very slowly till then..... and sitting on the toilet

also try ice and see if the swelling goes down.. i would stay away from the glute for a while. there are better places to pin

if the swelling doesn't go down the take my advice above and see a doc. if its an infection you will need medicine.

Columbo & Steve swelling has reduced today and with hindsight I was not as steady with the needle as I should of been and yes sitting down has been a delicate issue although haven't bawled yet (just a few high pitched squeaks lol) probably won't be doing squats for a day or two but glad to feel / see an improvement ...once again cheers guys!!

I had the same problem only with test cyp 250 , I had to go to the doctor for some antibiotics , only if you have pain for a long period of time, you might Want to change the tip of the needle after you put it in the gear plunger might be dirty and alcohol swab it to

I want to bring this to everyones attention, Never ice oil it will make the problem worse,Always massage and use heat,cold oil will go no where.

Guys as an update bruising, pain & swelling has now almost gone..nothing more than a normal injection site at present..radar thanks for the above advice also
