along with clomid, and clen,i'll be taking(see if im missing something)

-5g glutamine 3-4x a day before meals,workouts and sleep
-10g of creatine after loading(w/simple carbs)right after workout
-zma just to help with the natural test levels
-1.5g of protein per pound(about 40% comming from whey or proteinblends the rest from food)

u guys think methoxy products are worth it? i can get it for dirt cheap so money isnt an object...same with tribulus,,am i missing something?
 
I think everything is covered in there. I have tried some Methoxy products and IMO they are a waste. Clen, Clomid, lower the number of total sets and most important FOOD will allow you to keeo the majority (if not all) of your solid mass gains from your cycle. Good luck!

Setting up your workout while on can help. For instance Lets your benching 295 for eight when you start and you get to 315 for 5. continue uping the reps at 315 so that maybe you hit twelve by the time cycle is finished. when your off youmight still be able to hit 315 for eight thus still handling good weight and keep good stimulis on the muscle.
