Ostarine Cycle PCT Question

So I decided to take an ostarine cycle as my first ever. I have seen a variety of dosing suggestions but see that 25mg/4 weeks seems to yield the best results. I also read that suppression is very low at this dosage but I should still use a PCT. If necessary, what should I go with and at what dosages assuming a 25mg/4 week cycle. Also, does it matter if it is pills or liquid? Anything else I should know about? Thanks!

If I were you I would still do a PCT.

4 weeks is a waste run ostarine 12 weeks or don't bother. Ostarine gains are slow and suttle, you wont nottice anything in 4 weeks. Realistically a solid 3-5lbs gain in 12 weeks of ostarine is a good result

Okay so say I do 8 weeks. What should I specifically run for a PCT?

Either nolvadex or clomid minimum but both wont hurt. Nolvadex only will be sufficient though

How much in terms of dosage? How long? What brand? Sorry I am 100% new to this. Also do you think 25mg a day for 6 weeks is sufficient enough. I have read multiple times people saying 7-10 on only 4 weeks? Thanks!

I'm gonna go 6 weeks to start. So Osta at 25mg/day for 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks do the nova cycle you just said?

Also to clarify.. 40mg a day for the first 2 weeks than 20mg a day 2 weeks after?
