Any bros started or thinkin of startin Osta Sarms have patience. End of third week 25mg/d today was first day I really felt it. im just using mine in between cycles but i felt it like 4 days in. Mostly just an awsome pump. I still feel like im on for the most part. Its pretty fucking amazing

I read the thread,and needto thought there could be some AR/ER crossover with osta. But i wonder how many of those reporting symptoms were using osta in pct,and could the symptoms be as a result of aas?I don't know all the details, but if there were crossover u would have to use a serm to block the ER. Russianstar says he thinks there is no crossover,but Osta causes a slight rise in estro,so a mild AI may be used. Just to be on the safe side I am takin 10mg/d nolva and using forma,probably unnecessary

On the training side totally killed it again in the gym today,that's the third in a row so it's not a coincidence. My trainin partner is on cycle sust 250/eq 500/400 and I am keeping up on all exercises.
Strength is up,endurance is up,muscles look fuller,can't really tell if bf is down yet
