yes! It will definetely fill your muscles up, its slower acting than SArms S-4 so you might not think its working ,but given time and you will notice the results, however after running both I perfer Sarms S-4,Sure it has sides,but using responsible it love the fat burning abilities,alon with the fullness in the muscles, however you have to experiment with both to see which one works for you.
