Oso's 10 week transformation.

First AAS cycle here... I'll keep ya'll updated and feel free to critique or throw in some tips :)

Weeks 1-10: Enanthate 500mg/wk, Liquidex .5ml/ed
Weeks 7-10: Anavar 50mg/ed
PCT: Nolvadex, HCG, Dermacrine Sustain

I'm eating 6-7 meals per day consisting of extra lean beef, brown rice, chicken breasts, green veggies, pro complex gainer, hb eggs, cottage cheese, tuna, potatoes, smart balance mayonnaise, high GI carbs and low GI carbs pre-workout.

I'm training 5 days per week hitting each muscle group hard and ending with a light workout on an opposite muscle group (back w/chest, shoulder w/tri, etc). Cardio for 30 minutes every day in the AM.

Stats: 6'1", 22yrs, 200lbs
Experience: 5 days per for over 6 years
Previous cycle: Phera-Plex + Androstenione (lol)

Week 1

Tuesday:
-First inject of 250mg enan was today and everything went smoothly... painless.

Wednesday:
-Planned to run 30 minutes but my ass felt like someone put a 12 gauge to it and pulled the trigger... popped some advil and lugged myself for a complete back destruction. Really killed it today.

Thursday:
-Ass is still sore and feels painful... managed to grimace out 20 minutes of running. I hope I get used to this. No swelling or bruising so thats good but it feels like I had a hell of a squat session the night before!
-Worked out shoulders and had a sub-par day, but these are not my strongpoint. I had major shoulder surgery from a football injury in high school. Hoping I can improve on this group throughout my cycle.
-Worked out traps which are another weak point on my body. Had great sets of barbell shrugs and mustered 4 plates x 6 reps.

**Up to this point my meals have been looking like this, .75lb sirloin steak strips and ground beef and mixing it with green veggies; 2-3 chicken breasts with 1.5 cups brown rice, 1 cup cottage cheese; 2 packets large tuna cans and 1.5 tbsp light mayo with 2 whole grain/low carb wraps

I'd consider running the var for at least 5-6 weeks, if funds permit...I know that stuff isn't cheap. Bet me by the end of 10 week's you're going to want to extend your cycle lol.

Not an issue and I think thats all it took to prompt me into an extra order :)

Good call. This 'var is golden too it's mixed with arginine and glutamine instead of baking soda... break your skin pumps.
 
Friday (Wk1):

- Great bi/tri workout. Vascularity in biceps and in delt is more pronounced and increased stamina gave me around 1hr 40min of gymtime.
- Weight hasn't really fluctuated so far this week.
- No change in libido, but I've been feeling an unusual sense of clarity and calm recently.
- 2nd injection went smooth, but I'm getting anal about flicking every last bubble out before I inject... I had to switch needles and pull the oil again about 4 times!
 
Tuesday (Wk2):

- Delt slaughter if I've ever seen one. Did a tri-set of front, side, rears, and simply couldn't get tired. Ended doing light chest after delt's cause I didn't want to leave lol.
- Looking slightly softer, face bloated a little more, midsection getting a bit thicker, so I'm going to tighten up diet even more and eliminate salts from my meats and take out highly condensed fatty foods (peanut butter). Also planning on adding more cardio during the morning.
- 3rd injection went very well and site healed faster than previous pokes. Still going to switch to from 1" to 1.5" needle for glutes and quads.
- Adding Albuterol with my morning cardio for fat burning and cholesterol maintenence. Also going to be including Aromasin to daily supplementation.

Wednesday (Wk2):

- Okay cheat day with eating, oh well... its a day off from lifting too. Footlong Quizno's steak sub, cup of chili, and large ice cream at Marble-Slab... at least the appetite is going strong, eh :D
 
Just put the finishing touches on what my PCT - post cycle therapy - will be...

2 weeks after last inject for 5-6 weeks.

25mg Aromasin EOD
20mg Nolvadex ED
4 capsules Post-Cycle ED
5 pumps Dermacrine Sustain ED

I have some HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - and I think I'll start injecting weeks 7-10 instead of putting it in PCT. Let me know what you think...
 
Took swoles advice and I just started the 'Anavar - oxandrolone - @ 50mg (week 3) and will continue it until week 10. Let the fun begin!

HCG protocol (for personal reference, disregard)
- inject 1ml bac into 5000iu
- transfer to larger bottle
- inject 4ml bac into larger bottle
- total of 1000iu/ml
- inject 1/2ml for 10 consecutive days (500iu/day)

Tuesday (Wk3):

- Diet is now tapered down to the max and having a very clean bulk. Little/no salt, steamed veggies, sirloin, roughy, cut out milk, limited peanut butter to mornings.
- Glute injection on Monday has left no pain and I'm finally sore-free.. bodys accepting it I think :)
- Excellent delt workout today, my vascularity is notably more visible in my bis and up my front delts. Chest is defining and fuller traps are beginning to form.
 
Wednesday (Wk4):

- Usually people say it takes week 5 to kick in and I definitely had that feeling today. It's begun :)
- I worked out chest twice today because I simply felt it wasn't pushed to failure earlier... couldn't get tired!!! Set PR in dumbbell chest press
- I'm keeping pretty lean (I think the might be the effect of the Anavar) even though I'm gaining weight by the day... already up to 210lbs. Killing my ab's tommorow too.
