Ordering pow safety etc?

Ive been gone for 4 or so years and always wanted to homebrew, only brewed tren. But I was always skeptical and my friend was a well known chemist whos since left the game. But how reliable is it today? I just wanna home brew test for personal use as I am on HRT personally.
