well i finally made the move, ordered first cycle.

ordered a 10ml bottle of sustanon 250 and

100-20mg anavar caps

gonna order a bottle of AIFM this week while waiting for the goods to prevent gyno and in two weeks gonna order my pct.

im thinking of running cycle like this

sustanon 250mg/week 1-10
anavar 1-20mg cap 3Xday until they're gone
aifm for gyno

could aifm just be used?

Looks like a smart first cycle, low doses are best. pct you could go with nolva or clomid 2 weeks after your last inj. Have fun and good luck

250 mg of sust a week? That wont work well. You should use atleast 500mg ew....1cc shot every 3 days......Thats the correct way to use sustanon. It doesnt stay in your body as long as test e, which is how it sounds like your planning your shots. Who knows though, 250 ew MIGHT work for ya. But if I were youi, I would get another bottle of sust

i'm sorry, i changed my mind and got the test enanthate. gonna do 250 per week to start. if it seems like i handle it ok ill will gradually bump it up to 500. i found a place for hcg and nolva so i will be getting some of that. still gonna use aifm during cycle. with milk thistle just as a precaution. ag-guys hcg good? that's where i'm gonna order it from. and the nolva. from what i read i will start the hcg in the last two weeks of cycle and continue with hcg for approx 5 weeks total and i will start nolva at 1.5 weeks after last shot of test and run that for 4-6 weeks. need a little help with hcg dosage though for amount of test i'm using. from what i've read it said to start hcg last two weeks of cycle. do i stop hcg when i stop cycle until i start the pct and then resume hcg and start nolvadex? here's where everything i'm reading gets confusing.


test enanth 250mg/week weeks 1-10 (minimum 250, might bump it up, we'll c)
VAR minimum 40mg/day weeks 1-7 if i have to i will order more if i want to up dose
AIFM throughout cycle for bloat prevention
HCG weeks 8-10 and 12-18 ???????????? iu's or mgs???? need help here
nolvadex 60mg ed weeks 12-15
nolvadex 40mg ed weeks 16-19
